Can I purchase new vehicles from TOYOTA?

Yes, we are the exclusive distributor for brand new Toyota vehicles in Tanzania, you may also purchase certified Pre- owned Toyota vehicles through AUTOMARK

How long does it take to get my vehicle once I have paid for it?

It takes 7 working days for vehicles that are in stock. However it may take 2-6 months for special orders or vehicles that are not in stock .

Why don’t you sell other ranges of Toyota models (Highlander, Tundra, etc)?

Toyota produces vehicles to meet specific regional conditions. These usually have to do with compatibility issues relating to fuel chemical composition, terrains and general environmental conditions. Toyota Tanzania sells vehicles meant for Tanzania.

What is the difference between Toyota models sold by Toyota Tanzania and the ones sold by other Toyota sellers?
Every brand-new Toyota vehicle sold through Toyota Tanzania comes with a 3- or 5-years warranty as well as a 3-year preventive maintenance plan. To benefit from the warranty and maintenance plan customers need to purchase their Toyota through an authorized Toyota distributor in the country that they reside in.
Why can’t I buy from Toyota Tanzania if I reside in another African country?
As part of our distributor agreement with Toyota, we are only allowed to sell within the borders of Tanzania. You may purchase through an authorized Toyota distributor in your country.
Do you lease vehicles?
Yes, we currently offer operational leasing via Salute Finance, Toyota Tanzania’s leasing arm
What are the available colors for the vehicles?

We have an array of available colors per model that can be found on the online brochures.

 

Where can I purchase Genuine Toyota parts?
Toyota Genuine parts are available throughout Toyota Tanzania’s nationwide dealer network.
What is the Chassis Number?

The car’s chassis number is the identifying code for a specific automobile. The chassis number serves as the car’s fingerprint, as no two vehicles in operation have the same chassis number

Why is the chassis number required when purchasing spare parts?
The chassis number is necessary to provide you with the exact match for a spare part intended for your vehicle
Where can I locate the chassis number on my vehicle?
The chassis number can be found on the driver or passenger side door frame, under the hood, stamped on the front-end frame and on the vehicle’s registration card. Contact us For more guidance
Do you supply parts for Japanese imported Toyota Vehicles?
Yes, we supply parts for an array of Toyota models.
What is the difference between genuine and non-genuine parts?
Toyota Genuine parts are designed, tested, and approved by Toyota, they ensure superior standards of quality, maintain residual value and most importantly keep your Toyota a Toyota. While non genuine parts may seem attractive due to favourable pricing, they will cost you more in the long run due to reduced functionality and substandard quality.
How long does it take to get a part that is not on stock?
It may take 2 to 4 weeks to deliver a part that is not in stock.
Do provide delivery for parts ordered?

Do you service all Toyota vehicles?

How often should I bring my Vehicle in for service?

In most cases, we recommend that Toyota owners schedule a service appointment every six months or 5000 kms, whichever comes first. For more information, please contact your closest Toyota authorized dealer/ service workshop

How long does it take for my vehicle to be serviced?

Express service takes up to 2 hours for vehicles that have been pre-booked.

Why should I service with Toyota?

Nobody knows your Toyota better than we do. Our highly trained technicians have undergone hours of training to meet Toyota’s global skills and safety standards to ensure that your vehicle performs at its best.

Do you have towing services?

We currently offer towing services in Dar es Salaam only.
